NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Florida A&M Women's Track and Field Team participated in the Edward S. Temple Classic, on the campus of Tennessee State University, this past Saturday.

The Lady Rattlers posted seven top five performances with Florence Drysdale winning the 3,000 meter run with a time of 11:33.67, while YaTandrea Burke took second in the one mile run with a time of 5:29.74.

Conchita Russell finished third at 8.49 in the 55-meter hurdles.

Ashley Gillis had a pair of top ten finishes for the Lady Rattlers, by taking fourth in the 55-meter dash with a time of 7.18 and sixth in the 200 meter dash with a 25.87 finish.

The Team of Burke, Drysdale, Arline King and Philicia Morgan finished second in the women's distance medley at 14:14.85.
